Susan Brennan, President and Chief Executive Officer

Susan Brennan serves as Romeo Power’s President and Chief Executive Officer. As a recognized leader with more than 30 years of experience in global manufacturing and operations for the automotive and energy industries, she joined Romeo Power in 2021 with a dedication to accelerating technology, growth and sustainability.

Prior to joining Romeo Power, Susan held strategic leadership roles with Bloom Energy, as well as Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 100 companies, Nissan Motor and Ford Motor respectively. Her unique experience includes spearheading several large-scale initiatives within complex, global organizations aimed at addressing financial growth. Susan drives transformation with an innate passion for systemic process and corporate culture development.

Susan holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois.

Lauren Webb, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer

Lauren Webb serves as Romeo Power’s Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer with 15 years of experience in finance, strategy and operations for early-stage companies. Lauren started her career at the U.S. Department of Justice and spent ten years with the Ashcroft Group, a venture investment and consulting firm based in Washington D.C.

Before joining Romeo Power in 2017 and serving as its Chief Financial Officer until July 2021, Lauren was also a founder and Vice President at Apollo Services, LLC, a business services company specializing in operations for legal and audit firms.

Lauren holds two bachelor’s degrees from Texas A&M University.

Kerry A. Shiba, Chief Financial Officer

Kerry A. Shiba serves as Romeo Power’s Chief Financial Officer with over 40 years of experience leading finance and accounting organizations for large-scale manufacturers and distributors. Prior to joining Romeo Power, Kerry served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: WAIR) (“Wesco”), a distributor and service provider of aircraft hardware and chemicals. Before joining Wesco, Kerry served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Superior Industries International, Inc. (NYSE: SUP) (“Superior”), the second largest global manufacturer of aluminum wheels for the automotive industry. Prior to Superior, Kerry served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Restructuring Officer and President of the Original Equipment Business Unit at Remy International, Inc., a leading manufacturer of rotating electrical components for the automotive industry. Earlier in his career, Kerry served in various roles within the finance and accounting organizations at Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, including as Chief Financial Officer, and at The BF Goodrich Company. Kerry began his career at Ernst & Ernst, now Ernst & Young, L.L.P., where he served on the audit staff, and later as a consultant. Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Political Science from Baldwin Wallace College.

Anne Devine, Chief Operating Officer

Anne Devine began in her role as COO on January 17th, 2022. Prior to joining Romeo Power, Ms. Devine has 25 years of diverse experience in operational and manufacturing management, bringing unique automotive industry experience from tenures with UGN, Navistar Ford Motor Company and others.

Ms. Devine holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from GMI Engineering & Management Institute.

Rose Rogers, Chief People Officer

Rose Rogers began in her position as CPO on January 5th, 2022. Prior to joining Romeo Power, Ms. Rogers served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ducommun Incorporated in Santa Ana, California.

Ms. Rogers brings over 30 years of diverse human resources experience to the senior leadership team, with proven expertise in steering organizations through both periods of accelerated growth as well as business transformations, global manufacturing, union, and non-unionized operations, and aligning a Company’s human resources strategy with its business strategy.

Ms. Rogers holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Long Beach.

Matthew Sant , General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Matthew Sant serves as Romeo Power’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He advises the Company on commercial contracts, securities, corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to Romeo Power, Matthew served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Broadcom Corporation. Matthew was also a partner in the Los Angeles-based law firm of Irell & Manella LLP, and served as Co-Chair of the firm's Emerging Technologies practice. He also served as an adjunct professor at Chapman University, teaching graduate level courses in the Masters in International Studies program, including courses on Corporate Social Responsibility and International Law. Matthew is also the former Chairman of the World Affairs Council of Orange County.

Matthew is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy in Los Angeles, California. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Westmont College with a double major in Political Science and Economics/Business.
